About the Position

AnyMind Group's Brand Commerce & Marketing division is actively recruiting early-career talents for further business expansion. We welcome individuals with no prior industry experience who are interested in AnyMind's business, aiming to become a department head in a rapidly growing company, or those who wish to build a global career.

Responsibilities

Brand Management (Brand Manager)

• P/L management, budget management
• Designing brand strategy/marketing strategy
• Designing promotional measures, creating sales plans
• Designing/executing campaigns
• Managing various sales channels (mainly EC)
• Directing internal and external stakeholders
• Inventory/order management
• Other tasks related to brand management

Account Planning (Planner)

• Planning, proposing, and executing promotional strategies centered around SNS and digital content
• Planning, proposing, and implementing multidimensional communication strategies for events (both online and offline)
• Designing mid-to-long-term influencer loyalty programs
• Building networks with brands, media, and influencers

Brand Marketing (BizDev Role)

• Proposing marketing measures to clients
• Suggesting influencers best suited for brand communication
• Assigning and promoting cooperation with various internal expert teams and stakeholders

Brand Commerce

• Requirement definition / media planning
• Submission, analysis/operation improvement, reporting
• Coordination with various departments / group companies
• Coordination with advertising operation teams in overseas offices
• Improving the quality of Amazon consulting services
• Tasks associated with the expansion of the Amazon consulting organization

Performance Marketing (BizDev Role/New Business Development)

• New sales to existing account management
• Designing and executing acquisition measures utilizing influencers
• Launching live commerce business

Casting (Casting)

• Planning promotional plans from marketing research with trend awareness
• Planning casting plans utilizing various SNS (YouTube/Instagram/TikTok, etc.)
• Influencer and talent casting tasks
• Planning and analysis of creative content
• Overall management of project progress, budget management, quality control
• Orientation, coordination, and production follow-up with creators
• Reporting on measures

Requirements

Required

• Experience in customer negotiation (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.)
• Experience in planning and executing to achieve goals and delivering results
• High growth motivation
• Ability to perform basic PC operations
• Interest in a rapidly growing global IT mega-venture

Preferred

• Experience in advertising agencies
• Experience in digital advertising
• Experience in marketing or sales promotion in a business company
• Skills: Language proficiency (English/Korean, etc.)
• Strong dedication to customer business growth
• Desire to contribute to the growth of teams, businesses, and clients with autonomy
• Aspiration to increase market value and achieve global success within your 20s
