About the Position

Big Data Engineer, Kyiv

What is Important for Us When Choosing a Candidate:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon, or Microsoft Azure solutions;
• Knowledge of SQL, ability to build queries, selections, and data aggregations;
• English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Experience as a technical sales engineer in the cloud computing environment;
• Possession of Google certificates: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer is a plus;
• Knowledge of Python or Java;
• Experience with SQL databases, building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Big Data products of Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataflow, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub), conducting demonstrations and testing for clients, coordinating technical support together with Google;
• Preparation of presentations, participation in marketing events, conducting webinars on GCP products to promote products in the market;
• Definition and agreement of technical requirements according to the customer's request. Development of solution architecture, creation of project documentation and technical tasks;
• Participation in the defense of projects and technical solutions before customers;
• Development of migration project documentation.
