We're hiring a Bilingual (French/English) Back-Office Coordinator for a busy, family-run junk removal company. You'll be the voice of the business - handling calls and emails, quoting jobs, scheduling crews, and processing payments. It's a role that mixes fast-paced logistics with genuine care for people.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in both French and English.
• Give quotes to prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate crews/dispatch.
• Process payments.
• Manage rebooking and follow-up with clients.
• Use Quo for phone and Zoho CRM for client/job tracking.

Requirements

• Fluent French and clear, neutral English.
• Strong customer service instincts - empathetic but resilient, able to think on your feet with emotionally varied callers.
• Experience handling incoming phone calls.
• Comfortable working with CRM and phone systems (Quo, Zoho a plus, but not required to start).
• Background in customer service, dispatching, or logistics is a plus - not required.
