Responsibilities

• Client support (communication with customers using Fresh Desk and email), answering calls
• Contacting current customers
• Proactively communicate the status of issues
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support)
• Daily administrative work
• Working with XLS feeds

Requirements

• Ability to quickly process customer requests
• Teamwork skills
• Working in an international environment
• Planning & delivery skills
• Strong communication skills
• High self-motivation
• Intermediate English level (verbal and written)
• High French level (verbal and written)
