About the Role

JTL is one of the leading providers of e-commerce software in the German-speaking region, with around 450 employees and over 50,000 customers from various industries. We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online retail of the future, from ERP systems to shop and marketplace connections.

In this role, you will ensure that our entire billing and invoicing processes run correctly and on time – from invoice generation to payment receipt. You will be the central contact person for our customers regarding accounting and billing issues, via email and phone. Working closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Service, you will make our billing operations more transparent and efficient.

Responsibilities

Process Management: You will manage and optimize our entire billing and invoicing processes.
Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure correct and timely invoice generation and monitor payment receipts and outstanding claims.
Customer Support: Serve as the central contact for our customers on all accounting and billing issues, providing quick and appropriate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
System Development: Maintain and develop our billing systems and tools.
Reporting and Analysis: Create reports and analyses on our billing KPIs.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in managing, critically reviewing, and continuously optimizing billing and invoicing processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with billing systems and ERP software, including configuration.
Analytical Skills: Ability to systematically analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a structured manner.
Communication: Clear and solution-oriented communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Ongoing development of your AI competencies and using AI as a "force multiplier" for your work.
Location: Residence near Hückelhoven with a requirement to come to the office approximately twice a week.
Languages: Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English.
