About the Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for Early Career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. This program offers opportunities to develop skills at Binance, understand the workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, and expand your professional network.

Responsibilities

• Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling.
• Design and develop internal systems to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure of tooling systems to ensure high availability of service.
• Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control processes.
• Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing.
• Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process.
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to start from Jul/Aug 2025 during 6 months.
