About the Position
CS, a Ukrainian product and service IT company, is looking for a Business Analyst for the HRM System project – an automation system for HR and accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, describing, and agreeing on business requirements with clients and system users
- Managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing user needs
- Modeling and optimizing business processes
- Preparing functional requirements, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria
- Setting and detailing tasks for the development team
- Collaborating with developers, testers, PO, and PM
- Participating in testing the implemented functionality
- Participating in the implementation and configuration of the product
- Advising users on system operation and new functionalities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements
- Experience in preparing User Stories, Use Cases, specifications, and Acceptance Criteria
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, SDLC, and experience working in distributed teams
- Experience in interacting with developers, testers, and business clients
- Understanding of information system integration principles, REST API, JSON
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of database organization and SQL, understanding of table structure, keys, data relationships, and their use in information systems
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks, and propose solutions for their optimization
- Good communication skills, system and analytical thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR process automation projects, personnel accounting, or payroll
- Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
- Understanding of the principles of building personnel accounting systems, personnel management, and payroll processes
- Experience with electronic document management systems
