About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, which is actively used by over 10 million clients.

We need your professionalism for:

Calculation and regular analysis of P&L and product profitability of corporate business, consolidation and data processing from various bank systems;
Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports with clear conclusions and recommendations for management, creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards (sales, revenue, KPIs, product effectiveness);
Preparation of presentations for top management and committees, participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of new products and tariff changes;
Automation of reporting and improvement of analytical processes, as well as close interaction with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure a unified approach to data and increase business profitability.

You are our candidate if:

You have strong analytical thinking and understanding of the business financial model;
You can independently work with large volumes of data, build P&L and evaluate product profitability, quickly transform data into understandable management insights, create regular reports and presentations for management, and develop interactive dashboards;
You focus on business results, are proactive in identifying growth areas and problems, able to effectively interact with product, sales, and IT teams and turn analytics into specific recommendations for increasing business profitability.

A plus will be:

Experience in the banking or fintech sector, especially with corporate business products (RKO, acquiring, lending);
Practical experience in building P&L and financial models, participation in the launch of new products or tariff changes;
Experience in developing interactive dashboards and automating reporting (Power BI, SQL), preparing analytical materials for top management, as well as experience working with large transaction data sets;
Understanding of bank business processes, presentation skills, and the ability to not only analyze data but also form practical recommendations for revenue growth and business optimization.
