About the Position
Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the Fintech Band IT company, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to optimize and digitize back-office business processes.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, documenting, and clarifying business requirements;
- Developing functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;
- Modeling business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE);
- Communicating with business units, IT, and QA;
- Supporting the development team in understanding requirements;
- Participating in solution testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst in IT or a business unit for at least 2 years;
- Practical experience working with business stakeholders;
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and APIs;
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
- Familiarity with BPMN/UML and technical documentation writing;
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro/Draw.io/Visio.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Experience in digital transformation, product teams, and banks.
