About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, which is already actively used by over 11 million clients.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to optimize and digitize back-office business processes.

Responsibilities

Collecting, documenting, and clarifying business requirements;
Developing functional specifications, user stories, use cases;
Modeling business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE);
Communicating with business units, IT, and QA;
Supporting the development team in understanding requirements;
Participating in solution testing (UAT).

Requirements

Experience as a business analyst in IT or in a business unit for at least 2 years;
Practical experience working with business stakeholders;
Basic understanding of IT architecture and APIs;
SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
BPMN/UML, writing technical documentation;
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro/Draw.io/Visio.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of SQL;
Experience in digital transformation, product teams, banks.
