About the Position

Bolagsjurist till T-Unit

T-Unit is growing and we are now looking for a corporate lawyer who wants to be part of building the legal function in a leading tech company.

As a corporate lawyer with us, you will have a broad and varied mandate. You will be a close support to the business and work closely with management, product and technology teams, as well as the business side. Your main areas of responsibility:

• AI and Data Protection: Legal issues related to AI and data protection/privacy, including advice as legislation and practices evolve.
• Contract Law: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Procurement and Supplier Agreements: You will manage procurement processes from start to finish and are responsible for supplier agreements.
• Business Support: Ongoing legal support for the business in daily operations and strategic issues.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and Supplier Agreements: You will manage procurement processes from start to finish and are responsible for supplier agreements.
• Business Support: Ongoing legal support for the business in daily operations and strategic issues.

Requirements

• Jur.kand (Swedish law degree).
• Genuine interest in technology and previous experience working with or against tech companies.
• Documented experience in contract law and procurement and supplier agreements.
• Experience with legal issues related to AI and data protection/privacy.
• You are confident in making decisions at a high pace and are not afraid to take a stand.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Appointment subject to successful security clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience of having made the journey with a startup or scale-up company.
• Experience with legal issues related to investors, capital acquisition, and corporate structures in growth phase.
• Previous experience in security protection work according to the Security Protection Act, though not required.
