About the Position
Brand Manager（ブランドマネジャー）
We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive growth and maximize profits for our clients and internal brands in the Brand Commerce and Marketing division.
Responsibilities
- P/L管理、予算管理
- ブランド戦略/マーケティング戦略の設計
- 販促施策の設計、販売計画の作成
- キャンペーンの設計/実行
- 各販売チャネルの管理（ECメイン）
- 社内外のステークホルダーのディレクション
- 在庫/発注管理
- その他ブランド運営にまつわる業務
取り扱い媒体
- 販売チャネル（オンライン）：Amazon、楽天市場、Qoo10、Yahoo!Shopping、自社ECサイトなど
- 販売チャネル（オフライン）：TV通販、問屋、小売
- SNS/CRM：Instagram、X、LINE、YouTube、TikTokなど
- 広告媒体：webメディア、Google広告、Yahoo!広告、Criteo、Meta、LAPなど
Requirements
Must-Have
- マーケティング実務の経験1年以上：PR、プランナー、広告運用、EC運用、SNS運用など
- 関係者を巻き込んでプロジェクト推進を行うための、高度なコミュニケーション能力
Nice to Have
- SNSマーケティング、インフルエンサーマーケティングの経験
- 左脳的論理的思考力と右脳的クリエイティビティを元にした、戦略的思考力とプランニング能力
- 英語、中国語
- 新しい技術/トレンドを自らキャッチアップして仕事に活かせる
