Brand Marketing, Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Team Lead to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand marketing strategy and always-on marketing engine, driving awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Translate brand, business, and product priorities into clear campaigns, channel plans, briefs, and marketing calendars.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Brand Marketing team, setting clear priorities, ownership, and accountability.
• Manage integrated campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key marketing initiatives from brief through execution and optimization.
• Partner closely with Product to develop and execute GTM plans for new features, launches, and platform updates.
• Coordinate with Community, Events, E-Commerce, Copy, Support, Business Development, and other teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Build scalable marketing workflows covering planning, briefing, production, approvals, launch, and reporting.
• Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, using performance, audience, and market insights to improve results.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, campaign, live-service, or consumer marketing.
  • Proven experience building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies for digital platforms or creator-driven businesses.
  • Strong experience running always-on marketing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience insights, channel strategy, and GTM.
  • Excellent marketing operations and project management skills, with experience building scalable workflows and processes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.

• Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in creator platforms, entertainment, gaming, community-led brands, live-service businesses, or adult entertainment.
