As a Business Development Manager at Odoo, you will pursue an advisory sales approach and manage the entire sales cycle from the beginning. After winning your leads through cold calling, you will analyze the needs of companies and guide them through demos to contract closure. This allows you to delve deeply into the processes of numerous companies and get to know a wide variety of industries.

Daily Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will be varied and always different. Typically, you will:

Manage the entire sales cycle without generating leads.
Engage with various stakeholders (including C-Level) and get to know different industries and companies intensively.
Receive assigned warm leads, interact with them, and qualify them.
Analyze the technical and functional requirements of your (potential) customers through needs analysis by examining their business processes and identifying pain points.
Provide software demonstrations tailored to customers.
Lead commercial negotiations and generate orders.
Manage the after-sales cycle of your completed customers for 6 months, identifying up- and cross-selling potentials.
Hand over your customers to account management after 6 months.
Collaborate internally with business analysts and account managers.
Please note that this position is based in Berlin.

About You

A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in German (C1-C2) and English.
A strong business sense and a high degree of curiosity.

Ideally, you already have some work experience.
