- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and presentations
- Support the development of business cases, roadmaps, and solution recommendations involving PLM and related systems
- Define, document, validate, and manage functional requirements, business processes, and solution behaviors in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Support solution validation, user acceptance activities, and requirements traceability throughout implementation
- Collaborate with internal PLM architects, engineers, and developers to ensure recommendations are technically grounded and feasible
- Participate in remote and on-site client meetings, workshops, and project activities as required

- Knowledge of controlled-data environments (ITAR, export control, secure workflows)
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise PLM platform such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras Innovator, 3DEXPERIENCE, or similar
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools or AI certifications from recognized providers such as Anthropic Academy, AWS, Microsoft, Google, or similar
