About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the financial sector to join our team in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.

The Candidate

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experienced in the financial sector, with a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and banking products.
Proficient in SQL and familiar with data models and complex queries.
Adept at working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
A clear communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with business counterparts to gather input, investigate regulatory requirements, and translate these into detailed business requirements.
Engage in the development process, assisting with implementation tasks and verifying results for accuracy and compliance.
Utilize knowledge of financial statements and banking products to support regulatory reporting.
Manage and simplify business processes by assessing the feasibility of technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to implement process improvements.
Produce quality data and present it in an understandable way for end-users.
Lead or support Agile scrum teams, managing project backlogs and ensuring timely delivery.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of data models.
Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in enterprise process modeling, documentation, and task-handling tools.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
