About the Position

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Create user experience concepts and visual designs for websites and mobile applications.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for new features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a Design System aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, test prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience (preferably 1 year in a senior role or at a digital agency).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Digital, or Media Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with prototyping methods, from sketching to digital prototypes.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and data visualization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and animation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
