Join Helsi as a Business Analyst (B2C) to help millions of Ukrainians access healthcare through our platform. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

About the Company

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company that has been on the market since 2016. Our goal is to provide access to healthcare through a single interface.

Our service allows patients to quickly and conveniently book appointments with doctors, while medical institutions automate their work with the Ministry of Health and conduct electronic document management. Helsi's mobile application is used by over 9 million people. The system is used by about 1,700 healthcare facilities and over 40,000 doctors across Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and formulate functional requirements / technical tasks.
• Translate business requests into technical language (and vice versa: from BPMN, Swagger, REST API to understandable business language).
• Decompose processes to the level of entities, attributes, and business rules.
• Design product architecture together with the Product Owner and development team.
• Formulate BPMN / UML / Data Flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Verify the compliance of delivery with business expectations, participate in testing.
• Maintain a structured knowledge base in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of SDLC, REST API, UML, BPMN.
• Experience in writing functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, technical tasks.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Swagger/Postman.
• System thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex things simply.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the medical domain.
• Experience in Marketplace, medical, or integration projects.
• Experience in building or scaling B2C products.
