  • Experience with Terraform / IaC approaches, ability to independently write and maintain modules.
  • Practical experience in administering at least 2-3 databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis (backups, replication, basic tuning).
  • Experience with message brokers: Kafka and/or RabbitMQ (deployment, monitoring, typical issues).
  • Independent experience in setting up monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus-like systems, Grafana, any log stack).
  • Confident understanding of CI/CD principles, independent pipeline building (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins, etc.).
  • Confident knowledge of Linux, bash/shell scripting for automation.
  • Good understanding of network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization of applications.
  • Ability to independently investigate and resolve incident situations in the production environment.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in daily work (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for writing code, scripts, IaC, debugging.
  • Experience in implementing AI practices in team workflows (automating routine tasks, AI-assisted code reviews, generating documentation, optimizing CI/CD with AI tools).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Victoria Metrics / Victoria Logs stack.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining HashiCorp Vault and External Secrets Operator.
  • Experience with service mesh (Linkerd, Istio, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Python / Go for writing auxiliary tools and automation.
  • Familiarity with GitOps approaches (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
  • Familiarity with security audits / compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • AWS certifications (any level).
  • Interest in further growth towards architectural solutions and mentorship.

We Offer

  • Being part of a team that creates a product that helps millions of Ukrainians.
  • Opportunities for professional and career growth within the company.
