We are seeking a Business Analyst Capital Market with expertise in financial markets to join our team. You will work on front-to-back processes and bridge the gap between business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Gather requirements, write functional specifications, and challenge user needs.
• Consulting: Analyze and map processes, support projects through organizational and technical changes, and enhance team skills.
• Integration: Implement strategic decisions in operational processes and/or information systems. Participate in solution implementation, organization, process initiation, update, and software integration projects.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Finance or Information Technology.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an investment bank or asset management.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of capital market activities: vanilla and exotic financial instruments (Equity, credit derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, IRD, securitization, commodities, etc.).
  • Proficiency in P&L calculation and tracking processes, P&L explanation using Greeks, VAR, etc.
  • Mastery of technical environments: Power BI, VBA/EXCEL, SQL, ACCESS, and MS Office suite.
  • Organized, rigorous, dynamic, with strong teamwork, flexibility, creativity, and initiative.
