Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting - Lending Services and Trade Finance Services

About the Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with local and central regulators, delivering timely, transparent, and standardized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Finance business issues to bring complete solutions for requested changes.
• Deliver excellent substantiated analysis using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
• Focus on process design and the translation to IT.
• Coordinate content between specialists from different domains.
• Ensure all requirements of relevant stakeholders are acknowledged in the analyses and solution designs.
• Support Tribes and squads in decision-making by presenting design alternatives and their impacts.
• Translate business and non-functional requirements into IT solution requirements.
• Cooperate with (IT)-architects and specialists to arrive at a suitable IT solution.
• Explain and present solutions clearly to stakeholders and receive their input and feedback.
• Capture results of the analysis in chosen standards (BABOK or Business Analysis Body of Knowledge standards).
• Support the delivery of solutions with an iterative and incremental agile approach.
• Support the verification and validation of solutions by analyzing and setting up acceptance criteria.
• Help to translate solution design into training materials and work instructions for employees.
• Introduce knowledge of best practices from inside and outside ING.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices from assignments are made available to everyone.
• Continuously improve the way you work and strive to work as a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) administration or comparable.
• Knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis.
• Integral, cross-domain knowledge and experience.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present analyses clearly.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean.
• Knowledge and experience in business and IT, e.g., in the area of process management, financial services.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Expert with strong analytical skills, using state-of-the-art methods and techniques.
• Actively keep up professional knowledge and translate external trends into applicable knowledge.
• Like to work in a multidisciplinary squad.
• Take responsibility to get the work done.
• Continuously improve the way you work and strive to work as a high-performing team.
