About the Position

As a Business Analyst - HR Expert, you will implement Odoo and bring your expertise in Finance. You'll be in direct touch with clients to help them with the good use of all Odoo apps (payroll, contacts, recruitment, timesheet, etc.). You will analyze their needs, design the solution, configure their flows, and deliver personal training sessions. You will be responsible for delivering the best management solution to your customers!

Besides, as a Human Resources Expert, you will specialize yourself in a cohesive set of apps, combining it with in-depth business knowledge. You will receive regular training to increase your proficiency in Odoo, both at a functional and technical level, and develop a clear understanding of the field realities in which you are going to operate during your projects.

With this double-hat, you will join our center of excellence aiming at supporting our business services, increasing our community knowledge, and putting your application(s) on the map.

Responsibilities

Project Management (60%)

• Gain the trust of your customers
• Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
• Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
• Make your customer/partner an Odoo champion (training)
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and ongoing tasks
• Organize and follow-up Odoo implementations

Internal Improvement (40%)

• Support, coach, and train other team members
• Produce enlightening content
• Collaborate with the Product Owners
• Participate in sales and marketing activities
• Develop new business services

Requirements

Must Have

• French & English
• Deep interest in HR software systems and their functionalities
• 2+ years of experience or a proven track record in Human Resources/Payroll
• Bachelor/Master in HR or Business
• Solution oriented
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Learn fast & multitasking
• Autonomous, assertive, and proactive
• Going outside of the comfort zone

Nice to Have

• Dutch is a real plus
• Spanish, Italian, or German
• IT experience
• Odoo knowledge
• Good communication/Negotiation skills
• Worked as a consultant before
• Experience in the Payroll field
