Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Consafe Logistics, you will:

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to identify challenges and recommend Astro WMS® functionalities.
• Help customers optimize various warehouse processes, including inbound and receiving, putaway strategies, replenishment, wave and order planning, picking optimization, inventory control, automation integration, labor efficiency, and warehouse KPIs.
• Lead and participate in workshops with customers.
• Participate in project go-lives on site.
• Hold training sessions with Astro WMS® users.
• Work on technical preparation, configuration, setting parameters, testing, and verifying the system.
• Engage in process design discussions.
• Challenge existing ways of working.
• Influence future warehouse operations.
• Attend team meetings.
• Collaborate with other business analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Travel (typically 20-30%) for workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and go-live support.

Requirements

• Curious and proactive mindset.
• Fluent oral and written English and Polish.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse management systems, ERP/TMS/WCS, or similar.
• Junior profile with an educational background in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., MSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc Information Systems, MSc Industrial Engineering and Management).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with warehouse management systems on a site, as a business application consultant, or similar.
