About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of Business Analyst to support the optimization and transformation of public services into electronic formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Research of existing business processes of state services provided to citizens and businesses.
- Analysis of current legislation regulating the provision of administrative services, understanding the mechanisms of its implementation to ensure successful functioning of the business processes being developed.
- Development of optimized models and improvement of business processes.
- Modeling of interfaces, interactive forms concepts, and information systems.
- Holding meetings with stakeholders to clarify the requirements for information systems.
- Documentation of information systems functionality, development of technical requirements, tasks, and specifications.
- Holding presentations and coordination meetings for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics of business processes.
- Understanding the processes of planning and development of software, putting together high-level requirements for software products.
- Ability to structure the elements of information systems and come up with technological approaches and potential software solutions.
- Experience in putting together the technical tasks, requirements, and specifications for IT projects.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience using interfaces modeling solutions (Axure, Figma).
- Experience in business processes modeling (Cawemo).
- Experience in communication with state authorities/institutions (clarification of requirements, holding presentations).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of legislation in administrative services provision.
