Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical staff
Challenge and improve existing processes and practices
Document test scenarios and acceptance criteria

Requirements

1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Knowledge of system analysis methodologies
Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in eliciting requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have

Professional certification
Technical knowledge or experience in the field of development
