We are looking for smart, ambitious problem solvers for our management consulting to help our clients become better as Business Analysts in analysis, strategy development, and implementation. In our consulting teams, we work closely together to support, promote, and bring each other forward to find the best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of cost structures, market potentials, processes, and supply chains
• Development of individual strategies for optimizing procurement, logistics, and supply chain management
• Engagement and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Implementation of identified measures - independently and in a team
• Own internal projects to expand subject matter expertise or functional business areas, as well as support for exciting startup projects

Requirements

• Excellent academic performance at a reputable university or business school, preferably in economics, computer science, or engineering
• Passion for actively shaping our young and dynamic management consulting
• High degree of authenticity, motivation, dynamism, and willpower
• Strong analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving skills
• Innovative, rapid combination and identification of the essentials
• Highly precise and efficient communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire
