We are looking for procurement, logistics, and supply chain experts as managers and project leaders to successfully implement our client projects and drive the development of our consulting company. Satisfied customers, a great team, and the healthy growth of our company are our goal and motivation to succeed together.

Responsibilities

Project responsibility for one or more projects in procurement, logistics, or SCM
Identification, conception, and implementation of individual strategies and project initiatives for value enhancement and optimization at our clients
Leadership and support of OCM team members
Establishment and expansion of customer accounts
Daily contact person for customers in project business
Management and responsibility of internal project and company areas
Mentoring and career development of team members

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or logistics and supply chain management in management consulting, private equity, or comparable positions in the industry
Strong leadership skills
High degree of authenticity, motivation, dynamism, and willpower
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Innovative, fast thinking and focus on the essentials
Highly precise and efficient communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire
