About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to join our team in Ukraine, focusing on analyzing and automating business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, re-engineer, and automate the company's business processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal stakeholders and business users.
  • Model business processes and design target solutions using BPMN and UML notations.
  • Prepare project and supporting documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
  • Participate in projects involving enhancements to existing information systems and the implementation of new solutions.
  • Define and communicate requirements to internal and external development teams/vendors and monitor task execution.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered functionality meets business requirements.
  • Prepare user documentation and participate in end-user training.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in accordance with BABOK best practices.
  • Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications (portfolio/examples will be requested during the interview).
  • Practical experience in business process modeling using BPMN and UML.
  • Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (Creatio, IT-Enterprise/Master, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), including requirements decomposition, backlog management, and sprint planning.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a process-oriented approach to organizational management.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and experience in automating IT service management processes.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations between information systems.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation workshops.
  • Ability to reconcile conflicting stakeholder requirements and effectively manage expectations.
  • Analytical and critical thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
