Business Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our client, an international software company that produces solutions for the financial sector. Join our team to design banking and customer experience applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client and Product Owner to determine business requirements and design banking applications and Customer Experience (CX) solutions;
• Create and detail the functional concepts of applications;
• Participate in workshops with potential and current clients;
• Design user interfaces for multi-channel software solutions;
• Support the development team from a solution functionality perspective throughout the software development process using agile methodologies;

Requirements

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or IT;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of IT issues in the field of web applications;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Openness to occasional travel to clients within the EU;
