Business Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our client, an international software company creating premium solutions for the largest financial institutions worldwide. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements;
• Participating in the creation of innovative applications in collaboration with external clients, product management teams, and development teams;
• Developing functional concepts for software development;
• Designing user interfaces and document workflow systems for multi-channel software solutions;
• Participating in workshops with clients;
• Participating in project work as part of a SCRUM team and collaborating with developers and testers on tasks related to system functional requirements;

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in banking projects;
• Excellent knowledge of the banking sector, particularly corporate banking;
• Experience in project work on the development of banking systems;
• IT knowledge;
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills;
• Fluency in English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Higher education and business knowledge in the banking sector;
• Previous experience working in a bank as a user of banking systems is a plus;
