About the Position
Business Analyst - Securities Processing
Capco is looking for a confirmed Business Analyst to join our Investment team in Brussels, Belgium. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management.
You will bring strong business analysis skills, combined with domain expertise, to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design
- Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains
- Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmes
- Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery
- Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
- Deep knowledge of Capital Markets and securities processing
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
- Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication
- Good knowledge of French or Dutch and English
