Responsibilities

For our specialized Trade Finance teams, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a good understanding of Trade Finance issues and the Information System (Methodology, regulations, software packages, processes) while being able to bridge the gap between business and IT.

Together, let's achieve new Talan-teous projects:

Depending on your profile, you will be involved in high-value-added missions in Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, Optimization of operational processes in Agile or V-Cycle environments.

Your mission:

• Gather requirements from business entities
• Write functional specifications and framing notes
• Organize and lead workshops
• Execute and monitor test scenarios
• Record bugs and follow up on fixes
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, IT, and BA)
• User assistance and production support
• Change management and user support

Requirements

• Knowledge of International Guarantees
• Back Office knowledge:
  • Deal processing
  • Documentary Credit and Remittance (CREDOC – REMDOC)
  • Swift
  • Payments
  • Workflow
• Knowledge of Trade Finance software is a plus
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Proficiency in databases: Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Fluent English
