Business Continuity Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Continuity Project Manager to oversee ICT Business Continuity Plans and ensure operational resilience in compliance with DORA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans, ensuring a steady delivery flow and effective management of dependencies with other projects and initiatives
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the ICT BCP framework and templates in line with internal guidelines, existing practices, and stakeholder input
• Drive the development of an ICT BCP testing methodology, leveraging existing BCCM&R guidelines and internal methodologies
• Collaborate closely with the DORA programme to ensure alignment regarding Critical or Important Functions (CIFs), ICT BCP scope, and required content
• Continuously assess workload based on dependencies and deliverables from the DORA programme and identify additional resource requirements where necessary
• Engage proactively with DORA representatives and other stakeholders to identify potential risks, dependencies, and delays
• Manage and coordinate the review and approval process for ICT BCPs
• Support the development of ICT BCP governance documentation, including processes for ongoing lifecycle management and maintenance
• Coordinate input from multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that different perspectives and requirements are consolidated into clear and consistent deliverables
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status materials, and other delivery-related documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Business Continuity frameworks, processes, or documentation
• Good understanding of DORA and relevant Financial Services Industry regulations related to ICT Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
• Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation, presentations, reports, and delivery materials
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisational areas
• Ability to analyse and consolidate input from different stakeholders and translate it into structured processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, including dependency, workload, risk, and delivery management
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
• Practical experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, ICT Service Continuity, or Operational Resilience
• Experience working within regulatory or transformation programmes involving DORA or similar regulatory frameworks
