About the Position
We are seeking a Business Controller with strong motivation for the FP&A area for our Group Finance team. You are newly graduated or have 1-3 years of experience and will play a central role in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting, as well as in-depth analyses of our business and financial KPIs. You will be part of a dynamic team where cross-functional collaboration and close interaction with a wide range of stakeholders are an integral part of everyday work.
Responsibilities
You will join a high-performing and collaborative team where you will have plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally. Working closely with the Head of Group FP&A and Forecasting, you will take ownership of key aspects of the monthly financial reporting process for senior leaders with global responsibilities. Your role will include monitoring business area performance, analyzing financial results, and preparing presentations.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
- Conduct business analyses.
- Comment on monthly reports for your areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the monthly reporting process.
- Participate with your own areas of responsibility in the development of our system structure.
- Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
About You
As a person, you are motivated by working with both complex and operational tasks, and you possess the ability to communicate across the organization. You have a proactive mindset and strong business acumen, combined with excellent analytical skills. You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and are motivated by contributing to the development of the organization. With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality, you take pride in delivering accurate results and meeting deadlines in a structured and reliable manner.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Are newly graduated or at the beginning of your career within a Cand.Merc. (Master of Science in Business and Economics), for example Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Asc, Cand.Merc.Aef., or similar education.
- Have experience working in Excel and processing large volumes of data.
- Are initiative-taking and are keen to contribute to improving and developing processes. At the same time, you have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner.
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
