Business Data Analyst (Arabic Speaking) - Doha

About the Position

Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation in the financial services industry. We are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst based in Doha, Qatar, to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

• Define, document, and maintain conceptual business data models and Information Objects across the enterprise landscape.
• Maintain Information Object inventories and enterprise business glossaries within ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to ensure consistency of business information and terminology.
• Support enterprise architecture governance by ensuring conceptual data models align with organizational standards and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the successful adoption of enterprise information models across projects and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Data Management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience documenting conceptual business information models and enterprise data structures.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance principles and information management best practices.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience within Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with conceptual data modelling techniques and business glossaries.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
