Business Developer - Equipe Consumer Analytics Solutions

- Salary: EUR 35,400 - EUR 40,500 annually
Responsibilities
-
Develop the commercial activity for your portfolio of consumer goods clients: understanding business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, prospecting. You will identify, in cooperation with internal teams dedicated to your clients, the issues to which you can provide a relevant response.

Manage the projects you have sold by collaborating with on-shore or off-shore production teams.

Conduct and analyze studies based on consumer behavior/declarations to formulate operational recommendations, which you will present to your clients.

Develop the knowledge and visibility of consumer solutions with your contacts.

Contribute to the development of insights on cross-cutting themes with added value for your clients.
Requirements
-
You have more than 3 years of experience in a research or marketing department in an institute or at an advertiser, ideally acquired in consumer goods.

Your commercial talent and ease in relationships allow you to trigger and transform your client appointments into opportunities and thus ensure business growth. Revenue and customer satisfaction oriented, you are endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and proven communication skills.

You have a real "consumer" fiber and you know how to present complex information in a simple and synthetic way. Your creativity allows you to propose new solutions adapted to the needs of clients.

You like to participate in all stages of a project from sales to delivery. You have excellent organization and know how to manage your priorities.

Your ability to work in a team allows you to optimize your relationships with the different expert teams.

You have an excellent level of French and speak English fluently to be comfortable in your daily exchanges with our international teams.

You have excellent mastery of Microsoft tools to be autonomous in your missions.
We Offer
- Permanent contract
- Gross annual salary of 35,400 to 40,500 euros. The position in this range will depend on objective criteria, notably experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to salary equality and transparency in remuneration. Compensation decisions are made based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
- Opportunity for bonus/incentive plan: 17,500 euros gross annually
- Vacation allowance of 853.71 euros gross annually
- Hybrid work mode: 2 days of telework per week and flexible hours
- Recent building at the foot of the T2, 12 minutes from La Défense
- Gym, Quiet Room, Game Room, company restaurant
