About the Position

MOVA is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to support company growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, including revenue growth and partnership effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and achieve company targets
  • Handle contract discussions and support the onboarding process for new partners
  • Maintain database of leads, clients, and partnership activities
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress
