About the Position
We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team in Berlin, Germany, as we embark on an ambitious expansion plan across Europe. Responsibilities
General
- Support the City launcher in daily tasks.
- Help the City launcher build the business from the ground up.
External Recruiting
- Verify applications from potential new cleaning agents.
- Interview candidates to ensure they meet Batmaid's standards.
- Recruit and onboard cleaning agents.
- Retain and manage agents throughout their lifecycle within the company.
Customer Success
- Support customers in their daily demands and needs.
- Propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure excellence in daily operations.
- Retain and satisfy customers throughout their lifecycle within the company.
Requirements
- Fast learning and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Strong ability to relate to different partners.
- Fluent in English and German. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
