About the Position
Business Development Executive, Brand Commerce

私たちは、単に既存のパッケージ商品を販売する営業や、単に商談を設定するだけのインサイドセールスではありません。顧客のEC/ブランド事業における構造的ボトルネックを発見し、自らアジェンダを定義して、売上総利益を創出するというビジネスプロデュースを行っていただきます。
Responsibilities
インサイドセールス
- アジェンダ形成型アプローチ: ターゲット企業の事業構造・ECチャネル・物流・SNS運用における課題を事前分析し、「EC運用×物流コスト最適化」「TikTok Shopによる新規層獲得」など、独自の仮説型アジェンダを構築。
- キーマン開拓: 単なるテレアポではなく、決裁者（役員・事業部長クラス）へ直接アプローチし、経営レベルの課題に踏み込むコンサルティング商談を創出。
フィールドセールス
- 統合ソリューションの商談・提案: 「EC運用代行 × 物流（AnyLogi）」「TikTok Shop × 自社AIプロダクト（AnyLive等） × IPコラボ」など、AnyMindの強みを掛け合わせた統合ソリューションを提案（提案書作成〜プレゼン〜契約締結）。
- 事業伴走とクロージング: クライアントのPL（損益計算書）を見据え、初期戦略の合意からPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）へのスムーズな引き継ぎまでをリード。
クロスセル提案
- LTV最大化の戦略立案: 成果の出た支援クライアントに対し、次なるアジェンダ（例: 日本での成功モデルを武器にしたアジア全域へのクロスボーダーEC展開提案）をアサインし、取引規模を拡大。
Requirements
必須要件
- 法人営業経験（1年以上）: BtoB領域でのソリューション営業、アカウントマネジメント、または高度なインサイドセールスの実務経験。
- 仮説構築能力・提案書作成力: 顧客の潜在課題をヒアリングし、自ら解決策を構造化して提案できる能力。
- 数字に対する高いコミットメント: 売上・粗利などの目標達成に向け、泥臭く主体的に動けるマインドセット。
歓迎要件
- BtoB法人営業・アカウントマネージャー経験（2年以上）
- WEB広告代理店、EC支援会社、総合/ITコンサルティングファームでの勤務経験
- SaaS企業におけるエンタープライズ（大手企業）向け営業 / ISの経験
- 消費財・大手メーカー等でのEC運用・Webマーケティングの実務経験
