About the Position
We are seeking a Business Development Manager（事業開発マネージャー） for our Brand Commerce BizDev role to support major clients' growth with digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Propose marketing strategies to clients (major national clients and advertising agencies)
- Suggest influencers optimal for brand communication
- Manage and oversee projects
- Build networks with brands, media, and influencers
- Management duties
Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or planning in the internet, advertising, or marketing industry
- Experience in setting goals, planning, executing, and achieving results
- High growth motivation
