About the Position
Business Development Manager（事業開発・営業マネージャー）
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead brand commerce initiatives in Tokyo, focusing on marketing strategies and influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Propose marketing strategies to clients (major national clients and advertising agencies)
- Suggest influencers best suited for brand communication
- Manage and oversee projects
- Build networks with brands, media, and influencers
- Management tasks
Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or planning in the internet, advertising, or marketing industry
- Experience in setting plans, executing them, and achieving results to meet targets
- High growth motivation
