About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Identifying trends and opportunities through deep market research.
  • Leadership: Building and nurturing a sales team, teaching modern sales methods and tools.
  • Sales Innovation: Developing and implementing efficient sales processes, utilizing CRM for optimization.
  • Key Account Management: Fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiations and Deal Closing: Applying advanced negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
  • Goals and Metrics: Setting sales goals and tracking performance metrics to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Market Positioning: Preparation for events and roadshows.
  • Customer Success Partnership: Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, gathering feedback.
  • Ethical Sales Practices: Maintaining high standards of honesty and transparency in all dealings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales processes (from intro-call to deal).
  • Experience with personalized outbound.
  • Ability to improvise and create sales strategies.
  • Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence sales metrics.
  • Personal motivation, result orientation, and responsibility.
  • Network of potential clients from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia.
