Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Actively search for and recruit new traffic partners (CPA networks, webmasters, media buying teams) via cold outreach, industry chats, and personal networking.
- Negotiation & Terms: Conduct initial negotiations, agree on traffic types, rates, funnels, and commercial terms.
- Handover & Launch: Qualify prospective partners and work closely with Launch / Affiliate Managers to ensure seamless partner onboarding.
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Continuously monitor the affiliate market, track competitor activity, spot new teams, and monitor shifts in traffic sources and industry trends.
- Conference Representation: Attend key international industry events, conferences, and professional communities to expand the partner network.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 1+ years in Affiliate Marketing (Business Development Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Sales Manager). Experience in iGaming is a strong plus.
- Traffic Expertise: Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, key metrics, funnels, and traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
- Industry Knowledge: Good grasp of key iGaming market players and effective partner acquisition channels.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in conducting negotiations, building long-term partnerships, and pitching commercial value.
- Travel Readiness: Experience attending industry conferences and the legal/physical ability to travel internationally to represent the company.
