About the Position

Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Mühlenstraße 15, 10243 Berlin, Germany

As a Business Development Manager at Odoo, you will pursue an advisory sales approach and manage the entire sales cycle from the beginning. After winning your leads through cold calling, you will analyze the needs of companies and accompany them from demo to contract conclusion. This allows you to delve deeply into the processes of numerous companies and get to know various industries.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels such as online research.
Utilize various tools and techniques for customer acquisition to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Fully manage the sales cycle: You will take over cold calling, sending emails, and other communication methods to contact potential customers, analyze and qualify their business needs and processes.
Prepare and conduct tailored product demos.
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with your customers.
Build close relationships with your customers and gain their trust.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your customer network.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify further growth opportunities.
Note that this position is based in Berlin.

Requirements

Initial work experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar sales position is desirable.
Strong business acumen and a high level of curiosity.
Resilience & a get-it-done mentality and the ability to solve problems analytically.
Interest in learning about software and the SaaS world.
Very strong communication skills.
Languages: German & English (C1-C2)
Ability to build trust and enthusiasm.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Fair Salary: We are transparent. Depending on your relevant professional experience, the gross annual salary for this role ranges from €55,000 to €62,000.
