Business Development Manager

About the Position

Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager is responsible for finding customers that have specific needs in terms of innovation, helping clients achieve maximal value from InoCrowd Challenge Driven Innovation and crowdsourcing services. A key responsibility is to write challenges carefully with the customer. The position is extremely rewarding for technically trained individuals with superior communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.

This position is based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Find the right customers
• Writing the challenges with the customers
• Formulating challenges from initial problem template to the final challenge statement
• Develop strong and sustained client relationships

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a business, scientific, or engineering discipline. Preferably with a focus in physical sciences, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, materials, electronics, or technological
• Superb group presentation skills - professional, dynamic, and poised
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
