Business Development Representative for Swedish Market (Alternance)

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
• Control quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Help to create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
• Create operations: identifying the target and the message in collaboration with the sales team and the marketing team.
• Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
• Analyze the conversion funnel and suggest areas for improvement to boost performance.

Requirements

• Experience: A first experience in sales as BDR could be a plus.
• Languages: Native level in Swedish and C1 level in English.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills: Sales mindset, very good organization, and experience with CRM is highly expected.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
