As a part of the global expansion strategy, we are looking for A-players to join our company’s business development department for the Germany market. For the strengthening of the Germany Unit, we are looking for a:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a hard-working and motivated business developer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth through new opportunities acquisition. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Develop new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements

• Track record of achieving your Lead generation quotas.
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative in a fast-growing software company.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• Previous experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and Social software (SalesForce, LinkedIn, Discover.org.).
• Autonomous, well organized, eager to learn & proactive with a strong interest in Sales & eCommerce Marketing.
• Network within retail/e-commerce sector.

Nice to Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role – E-commerce agency/Retail consultancy or e-commerce platform sales department would be a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• University degree.
