About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including Liquid, Shopify Functions, and API integrations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Shopify themes, custom features, and applications, ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid and JavaScript.
• Implement and optimize Shopify Functions to extend platform capabilities.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs for enhanced store functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify’s ecosystem.
• Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of Shopify stores.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to create high-quality e-commerce solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Shopify development, including Liquid and Shopify API.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and REST API integrations.
• Experience with performance optimization and best practices for Shopify stores.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing Shopify Apps, both public and private.
• Hands-on experience with Hydrogen for headless commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Remix for headless commerce.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Shopify development.
• Knowledge of serverless functions and edge computing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and conversion rate optimization.
