Business Development Representative - Moroccan market

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and focus on the Moroccan market. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a rapidly evolving company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle inbound leads, make first contact, and qualify business needs
• Analyze SMEs’ activities, workflows, challenges, and pain points
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present Odoo’s value and pricing

Requirements

• Strong business knowledge & curiosity
• Genuine interest in IT & software
• Languages: English, French, and Moroccan
• Analytic vision & fighting spirit
• Strong relational & negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Work permit for Belgium
• Between 1 to 5 years of experience

We Offer

Full-time CDI

• A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
