About the Job

As a Business Development Representative specializing in Nordic languages, you will engage with a diverse range of companies, from small independent businesses to well-established corporations. Your role will involve advising these companies on digitizing their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in acquiring new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities extend beyond sales, as you will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless implementation of our solutions over a period of 3 months, taking care of follow-up actions and guaranteeing everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle inbound leads, make first contact, and qualify business needs
• Analyze SMEs’ activities, workflows, challenges, and pain points
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present Odoo’s value and pricing

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business and inquisitiveness
• Genuine interest in IT & software
• Languages: Nordic languages
• Analytical vision & fighting spirit
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Work permit for Belgium

Full-time CDI

A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
