Business Development Representative - Nordic Languages

About the Position

We are looking for a Business Development Representative specializing in Nordic languages to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This role involves working on the full sales cycle, including a significant portion of analysis. You will use your business knowledge to engage with SMEs from various industries located abroad.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Handle incoming leads, conduct initial contact, and determine business needs.
• Analyze the activities, workflows, challenges, and pain points of SMEs.
• Lead negotiations and close deals.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations, introducing Odoo's value and pricing.

Requirements

• Solid business knowledge; curious mindset.
• Interest in IT and software.
• Languages: Nordic languages.
• Insight and analytical skills; a spirit of perseverance.
• Good interpersonal skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Work permit for Belgium.

We Offer

Full-time CDI

A 38-hour weekly contract, including 2 days of remote work and flexible working hours each week.
